📋 Description

• Comprehensive guidance and advisory: As a reliable technical consultant, you support our clients from the initial strategic ideation (proof of concept, PoC) to the successful deployment of their AI use cases.

• Collaborative design of innovative AI solutions: You are tasked with designing and architecting state-of-the-art machine learning solutions that effectively address our clients' intricate business challenges.

• Development of advanced GenAI architectures: You provide advice on cutting-edge generative AI solutions and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, assisting with the implementation of contemporary agentic tools at client sites.

• Coordination of modern cloud AI services: You adeptly utilize and integrate AI services from prominent hyperscalers like Google Vertex AI and Azure AI Foundry to fully harness technological capabilities.

• Transitioning to production (MLOps): You go beyond merely developing ML models; through expert consulting and engineering, you ensure their seamless integration into operational production systems.

• Advocate for technological advancements: You stay updated on the AI market, explore new technologies with enthusiasm, and actively contribute to shaping our Data & AI domain with your insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established consulting background: You possess several years of experience in IT project work with a strong emphasis on machine learning, AI, and modern data processing.

• Excellent communication abilities: You enjoy breaking down complex AI concepts into understandable terms and confidently guide our clients through strategic decision-making.

• Proficiency in cloud environments: You are at ease with at least one of the major hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure) and know how to maximize their functionalities.

• Expertise in Python and frameworks: You are proficient in Python and have practical experience with common ML/AI frameworks applicable to client projects.

• Hands-on experience with AI ecosystems: You have actively engaged with platforms such as Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, or Azure AI Foundry and have implemented solutions on these platforms.

• Passion for GenAI: You have practical experience with LLMs and prompt engineering and have previously built initial agentic workflows (e.g., utilizing LangChain or LlamaIndex).

• Comprehensive architecture knowledge: You understand the fundamentals of API development and cloud architectures to seamlessly integrate AI models into existing client systems.

• Foundations in data engineering: Ideally, you have a solid grounding in SQL or modern data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake) to independently handle data preparation for your models.

• Relevant certifications: You have completed or are willing to pursue certifications in machine learning/AI for Google and Azure with our assistance. Ideally, you possess knowledge of AWS Bedrock.

• Team-oriented with motivation: You demonstrate a results-oriented approach and enjoy collaborating with our diverse team of experts.
