• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) modules such as Sales and Service.

• Proficient in C#, .NET, Dataverse plug-ins, and Custom APIs.

• Familiarity with Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Experience in customizing Dataverse (entities, forms, views, and relationships).

• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for user interface customization.

• Experience in system integrations utilizing REST/OData and Azure services.

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Solid understanding of security models and role-based access control.

• Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
