This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide first and second line technical support within security and IT environments.
• Take responsibility for client issues from identification to resolution.
• Serve as a primary technical contact for clients while managing ongoing relationships.
• Conduct regular check-ins and service evaluations with clients.
• Engage in discussions regarding clients’ security and IT challenges.
• Assist clients in navigating their security and IT roadmaps, offering guidance on best practices and potential improvements.
• Troubleshoot and support security software, agents, and customized security measures.
• Assess and respond to security incidents flagged by internal monitoring teams, providing remediation advice.
• Design, implement, and oversee IT and cloud infrastructure across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms.
• Aid in device provisioning, hardening, monitoring, and IT asset procurement.
• Assist with firewall management, compliance efforts, reporting, and documentation tasks.
• Support pre-sales initiatives, including demonstrations and proof-of-concepts as necessary.
• Deliver and manage ad hoc security and IT projects that involve various internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide support and mentoring to junior team members as you advance within the team.
• Exceptional academic credentials with a minimum GPA of 3.6.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
• Degree obtained from a top-ranked academic institution, typically a Top 100 US university or an equivalent globally.
• GPA and university must be clearly indicated on the CV.
• Practical technical experience gained through internships, commercial roles, home labs, open-source projects, or real-world settings.
• Robust technical knowledge of operating systems, networking, security protocols, scripting, and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills, with the capability to articulate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive and self-driven attitude suitable for a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
• A sense of curiosity, ambition, and a genuine passion for technology and lifelong learning.
• Experience with SOC or offensive security is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Academic achievements, including GPA and attended university, must be clearly stated in the application.
