Cybersecurity Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement and oversee security measures for the ARTRANS DevSecOps pipelines and AWS GovCloud accounts.

• Address and resolve security issues within AWS GovCloud.

• Establish security protocols for the DevSecOps pipeline.

• Create solutions for RMF Risk Assessments (RAs) and Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs).

• Integrate security controls into Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC).

• Assess, document, and communicate identified risks.

• Suggest strategies for risk mitigation.

• Evaluate and propose tools and platform features that support Zero Trust and RMF security requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active Secret clearance is mandatory.

• An associate degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of continuous related work experience is required.

• A solid understanding of AWS GovCloud is essential.

• Experience with NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5 and RMF requirements is needed.

• DoD 8140 Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II certification, such as Security+ CE, is required.
