Cybersecurity Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Comprehend and implement the audit procedure utilizing a risk-based auditing methodology.

• Analyze the processes and identify associated risks.

• Create and execute formal testing to assess the effectiveness of controls in mitigating or managing risks.

• Convey the implications for achieving organizational objectives.

• Formulate recommendations and compile a comprehensive final report.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in cybersecurity.

• Familiarity with security, internal controls, auditing, and risk management frameworks and concepts, such as ISO27000, COSO, NIST, Cobit, IPPF, and ITIL.

• Proficient knowledge and experience in auditing/reviewing IT controls, processes, and security configurations.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Holding at least one of the following certifications: CISA, CISM, CISSP, or a similar relevant certification.

• Exceptional time management skills.

• Experience related to cybersecurity, risk management, or IT audits.

• Knowledgeable about frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001/2, NIST, SOX, and general security practices.
