This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Independently oversee a client portfolio

• Distinguish between false positives and confirmed threats

• Investigate threats including fraudulent domain names and data leaks

• Create incident reports and assist clients in utilizing solutions

• Work in collaboration with product teams to enhance technology

• Proficient in English; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous

• Robust educational background (bachelor’s or master’s degree)

• Capable of condensing complex details and writing clearly and effectively

• Skilled at simplifying technical concepts
