This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• **Incident Management in Cybersecurity**: Address cybersecurity incidents and mitigate their impact on the company's systems, users, and information.

• **Compliance and Training**: Engage in the Global Compliance Training Program at PMI to enhance your knowledge and understanding of applicable rules and requirements.

• **Information Protection**: Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company's information by adhering to PMI's data handling policies and procedures.

• **Service Management**: Collaborate with Service Managers and Service Integrators to foster a culture of trust and information security.

• **Governance and Monitoring**: Support governance efforts and promote exemplary behaviors through the consistent practice of information security measures.

• Implement effective vulnerability management, endpoint hardening, and incident response as outlined in PMI's manuals.

• Manage communication with suppliers and third parties, along with tracking and remediation of vulnerabilities and controls.

• Take charge of our environment's security by leading incident response efforts in a collaborative and cross-functional setting.

• Innovate and enhance PMI's response capabilities through the development of advanced Incident Response initiatives.

• Investigate the root causes of security incidents by conducting thorough analyses.

• 100% bilingual

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Knowledge and experience in AWS

• Proven experience in managing and responding to cybersecurity incidents.

• Strong understanding of compliance requirements and data protection regulations.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and other IT service management tools.

• Knowledge of anti-corruption regulations and conflict of interest policies.
