📋 Description

• Deliverable 1: Prototype of the COMS NR/NS environment within the NATO Software Factory

• Deliverable 2: Identification and documentation of the requirements for COMS

• Deliverable 3: Production of a video showcasing the requirements identified in Deliverable 2

• Deliverable 4: Presentation of the COMS prototype environment

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive expertise (5+ years) in administering Atlassian JIRA Datacenter

• Extensive expertise (5+ years) in administering Atlassian Confluence Datacenter

• Previous experience working within the NCIA COMS Environment

• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation and customization tasks

• Proficient in deploying solutions in a Microsoft Azure environment

• Proficient in Java, Groovy, and Scriptrunner

• Significant experience in dynamic content management and integration between Atlassian JIRA and Confluence

• Significant experience in managing metadata in Atlassian Confluence, Office and PDF documents, as well as Microsoft SharePoint

• Strong understanding of the internal workings of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence instances, including at the database level

• Experience in managing Linux servers (preferably RedHat)
