Customization Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The primary responsibility of the Customization Operator is to acquire the skills necessary to operate various equipment used to embellish hard and soft goods for our clients in a safe and efficient manner.

• Safely and efficiently operates all customization machinery in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Adheres to both written and verbal directions to complete tasks accurately and within deadlines.

• Manages the loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining precise records of each shipment.

• Prepares finished products for shipping, including tasks such as trimming, touch-ups, and packaging in a professional manner.

• Documents completed projects, files work orders, and assists in maintaining accurate records of work performed.

• Conducts general maintenance on customization equipment as per manufacturer guidelines.

• Performs ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Preferred Education: Technical degree or relevant experience in customization

• Experience: 1-3 years in customization (such as embroidery or engraving) or a related field

• Capability to read and comprehend operating instructions clearly.

• A reliable team player.

• Ability to operate customization machinery independently with minimal supervision in a safe and productive manner.

• Proficient in maintaining accurate records and safeguarding the company's assets.

• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex problems.

• Self-motivated, results-driven individual demonstrating personal initiative and accountability.
