This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding and proficiency with the Neara software platform to effectively communicate its functionality and value to customers.
• Engage directly with customers, spending substantial time on-site to:
• Promote and facilitate the adoption of the Neara platform by customers, empowering them to use the platform proficiently for seamless integration across their organization.
• Ensure the Neara solutions implemented by customers are delivered as per contractual agreements and are achieving the designated business outcomes.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of customer strategic objectives and business goals to provide clear insights on how Neara solutions can support or enhance their initiatives.
• Act as a reliable commercial and technical advisor to customers, ensuring that Neara solutions are fully integrated into their business practices, including addressing workflow or change management needs that extend beyond the core Neara scope.
• Collaborate with customers to outline and present business cases and associated ROI metrics, supporting the value provided by Neara solutions, including established rhythms for internal reporting and value delivery evaluations.
• Explore opportunities for customers to broaden their utilization and adoption of the Neara platform into additional solutions by identifying further business drivers or challenges that Neara can address.
• Actively engage a wide range of stakeholders within customer organizations to foster close and trusted relationships, built on credibility, authenticity, and transparency.
• Work closely with Neara Sales and Deployment teams to enhance customer satisfaction, platform adoption, growth, and the implementation of consistent and measurable frameworks for demonstrating value.
• Design and facilitate targeted training sessions and workshops that align with customer objectives and workflows.
• Recognize emerging client needs and strategic opportunities, collaborating closely with Neara Sales and Deployment teams to inform customer account strategies and growth avenues.
• Extensive experience in enterprise account engagement, strategy, and client management, preferably within a large consulting firm.
• Familiarity with enterprise software platforms and their deployment processes.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese is required; working knowledge or fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
• Background in software engineering or other relevant technical experience.
• Proven experience in developing tangible customer value and ROI frameworks that align with client strategic and business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clarify complex topics effectively.
• Strong critical thinking abilities, capable of translating customer outcomes into technical solutions.
• Exceptional external stakeholder engagement skills, including the capacity to build trusted relationships.
• A proactive problem solver who enjoys devising creative solutions to address customer challenges or enable commercial opportunities.
• Proficient in programming, data integration, and utilizing tools such as macros and various software languages to create customized solutions.
• Experience in the infrastructure sector, particularly within the energy domain, is advantageous but not mandatory.
