Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee both incoming and outgoing customer calls

• Address inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy

• Precisely input customer information into the database

• Offer follow-up assistance to guarantee high satisfaction

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Excellent verbal communication and listening abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

• Dependable high-speed internet and a quiet home office environment

• Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends

• Windows 11 operating system with at least 16GB of RAM

• Desktop or laptop only (no Macs or Chromebooks permitted)

• Dual monitors, a noise-canceling USB headset, and a hardwired internet connection (not required at the time of application)
