Customer Support Consultant, 1PM to 10PM ET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to deliver a wide array of implementation and integration activities, which encompass requirements analysis, business process analysis, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.

• Facilitate the successful operation of Unison’s product suite by providing top-notch advisory and support services to government contractors.

• Ensure that assigned tasks are executed on target, within deadlines, and within budget, while ensuring that client personnel recognize the value of the work completed.

• Comprehend client business objectives and assist them in attaining their goals.

• Engage with senior client leadership to establish project goals, implement plans, and manage issues and risks effectively.

• Consultants are consistently challenged through client projects, fostering skill development for a rewarding career.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience in one or more of the following areas: prior consulting/training experience, ideally with a leading consulting firm.

• Demonstrates exceptional client relationship management skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Self-motivated, quick learner, and an effective team player.

• Proficient in the fundamental aspects of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• BA or BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Preferred business experience in government contractor functions, such as proposal management, contract management, and/or procurement.
