This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers through email, phone, or chat.
• Serve as the internal liaison for addressing customer-related issues.
• Assess incoming tickets and thoroughly evaluate requests to decide whether to escalate them to other teams and classify their urgency.
• Oversee internal communication to reduce customer response times effectively.
• Support operational procedures associated with the platform's implementation for clients.
• Cultivate customer relationships through effective support, aiming to enhance loyalty.
• Recommend enhancements to internal processes and propose actions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty based on support interactions.
• Strive to advance support processes through the integration of AI technology.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support.
• A degree in Business Administration, Architecture and Urbanism, Interior Design, or Engineering.
• A dedication to providing support and assistance to customers and resolving their issues.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Excellent analytical, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Capability to work effectively within a team with adaptability to change.
• An inquisitive nature and willingness to learn and implement AI solutions in daily tasks.
