Customer Success Manager, Paid Social Media Buyer – Social Media Marketing Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the support and development of eCommerce and agency clients.

• Evaluate current setups, pinpoint optimization opportunities, and aid in the integration of DatAds into daily operations.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients.

• Provide assistance through Slack.

• Offer strategic advice on topics concerning creatives and campaigns.

• Discover growth prospects with current clients.

• Take the initiative to contact inactive or previous leads via the CRM.

• Generate copy, emails, and brief updates to enhance customer retention, share successes, and support sales efforts.

• Collaborate closely with founders Max and Daniel.

• Contribute innovative ideas and consistently improve internal processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in performance advertising, such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok.

• Experience in operational campaign management and strategic campaign design.

• Preferably experience in an agency setting or as a freelancer.

• Hands-on approach and practical problem-solving skills.

• Growth-oriented mindset and self-driven motivation.

• Confident and personable communication skills in writing and during video calls.

• Fluent in German (both written and spoken).

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
