This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Actively seek out and present new customer opportunities
• Partner with Marketing to identify leads and transform them into successful sales
• Concentrate on generating sales leads, conducting customer meetings, and gathering referrals to establish a robust sales pipeline
• Engage with customers to cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial relationships
• Contribute to growth initiatives to establish our position as the market leader and implement strategic sales growth plans
• Enhance our market presence and devise compelling sales strategies to acquire and expand business
• Provide insights for product and service development by understanding customer needs
• Identify partnership opportunities as the legal industry landscape evolves
• Grasp the broader offerings and client trends, challenges, requirements, and applicability
• Proven ability to influence revenue growth and meet sales targets
• Strong negotiation skills, influencing capabilities, and a collaborative team player
• Relevant sector experience and an established network in the Legal/Professional Services industries is a plus
• Solid understanding of the ALSP and NewLaw value proposition regarding innovative legal solutions
• Comfortable engaging in sales discussions with senior executives, both legal and non-legal
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a scale-up environment
• Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to developing sales strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential
• Proficiency in Mandarin or another Asian language is advantageous but not essential.
