Customer Solutions Engineer, Ruby on Rails

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design and development of data migration tools and methodologies.

• Collaborate with the SAAS implementation manager to identify customer requirements and integration points.

• Create tailored solutions for extracting, transforming, and migrating data from legacy systems into MyTime.

• Identify integration points and either lead or support the software development of custom features for clients.

• Contribute to the overall software architecture with a focus on developing a structured, large-scale software product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil and open to working remotely.

• At least 2 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.

• Intermediate to expert level skills in analyzing and migrating SQL databases.

• Proven experience in handling data pipelining in challenging environments, including managing rate limits, HTTP errors, network issues, etc.

• Familiarity with agile software development practices.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
