This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide technical consulting regarding our products, services, workflows, and integration possibilities.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Development to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Oversee the delivery of technical projects, including integrations, scheduling, resource management, and quality assurance.
• Deliver 1st and 2nd level support.
• Assist in the proposal and sales processes, and actively participate in customer meetings or tenders (RFPs).
• Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a comparable qualification.
• Prior experience in IT support and technical customer consulting, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with IT system architectures, HL7/FHIR interfaces, DICOM, as well as knowledge of data protection and IT security in healthcare.
• A strong grasp of network technologies, VPN, and NAT.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, customer-centricity, teamwork, and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
