This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage in discussions regarding Monitoring, Analytics, and/or Automation needs.
• Set up germain UX, whether on cloud or on-premise.
• Configure Monitoring, Analytics, and/or Automation using our wizard, rule editor, or scripting (e.g., Python, Shell, SQL, etc.).
• Analyze data for troubleshooting or to derive insights.
• Provide training to clients on utilizing germain UX.
• Act as the liaison between clients and our engineering team.
• Communicate with clients through various channels including email, phone calls, and online meetings.
• Experience in implementing technologies, including writing scripts and SQL.
• Proficient in data analysis.
• Ability to deliver effective solutions to clients.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Required skills include: Unix, SQL, Scripting, Tomcat, ActiveMQ, Apache Solr, AWS, Prospect, Kubernetes, ELK, Troubleshooting, Analytics, Dashboarding, and a strong understanding of business process issues and functional requirements.
