This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Identify and comprehend both business and technical requirements.
• Design and create technical solutions utilizing the Supabase platform.
• Collaborate with clients to spearhead proof-of-value implementations.
• Engage with customers regularly to address complex inquiries, facilitate adoption, and enhance scaled performance.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to reveal business and technical goals.
• Create, construct, and showcase Supabase platform demonstrations for high-value clients.
• Work closely with clients to establish the technical scope of a proof-of-value initiative.
• Actively assist new clients through their onboarding process.
• Grasp immediate custom objectives as well as long-term customer potential.
• Execute both synchronous and asynchronous interactions with Supabase customers.
• Act as an internal advocate for your clients and the platform.
• Foster customer relationships to cultivate trust-based connections.
• Over 6 years of relevant experience in Solutions Architecture, Database Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in relational database management systems like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Background in web application development, with knowledge of Python, C#, and popular JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte) alongside Node.js.
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in explaining technical concepts.
• Highly organized and effective storyteller with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management, business analysis, and revenue operations tools.
• Prior experience leading customer-facing initiatives to deliver significant technical and business value.
