Customer Service Representative, Seasonal Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls and reply to emails from event participants

• Deliver exceptional customer service to event attendees

• Support event organizers with modifications to their events and order placements

• Primarily work during weekends and weekday evenings

• Adhere to the established customer service policies of the event

• Competent in using computers, the internet, and keyboard functions
