This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound and outbound communications via customer calls, emails, and live chats in both English and Spanish.

• Provide professional assistance to customers regarding their inquiries, concerns, and account-related issues.

• Recognize, escalate, and document priority matters when necessary.

• Follow up on intricate customer interactions to ensure effective resolution.

• Accurately log customer interactions and account information across various systems.

• Establish rapport with customers through positive and solution-oriented communication.

• Uphold professionalism and efficiency in a dynamic call center setting.

• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to enhance customer experience and overall performance.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written skills.

• Prior experience in customer service is mandatory.

• Experience in a call center is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A positive, cheerful, and customer-centric demeanor.

• Self-driven with robust problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable with multitasking across various systems and platforms.

• Strong grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills.

• Basic computer skills, including navigation, copy/paste, opening tabs, and typing at least 30 WPM.

• Dependable attendance and a professional demeanor.
