Customer Service Representative – Bilingual, French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Managing incoming phone calls

• Taking and fulfilling orders from clients and pharmacies

• Responding to client inquiries with the utmost professionalism and courtesy

• Processing orders received through fax, email, and phone

• Providing confirmation upon request

• Handling pick tickets using the ERP System, selecting the right carrier to ensure timely delivery

• Interacting with a variety of external and internal customers

• Following all procedures and work instructions while performing job duties

• Regularly communicating with different internal departments regarding customer and product-related issues

• Keeping precise records concerning backorders

• Offering accurate responses to customer and client inquiries about shipments and services

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is mandatory

• Proven administrative experience, including scheduling, document management, data entry, activity coordination, and communication with stakeholders

• Some familiarity with the healthcare industry, covering healthcare operations, regulatory standards, patient-focused service delivery, and industry best practices

• Bilingual proficiency is required (French/English)
