Customer Service Representative

📋 Description

• Accountable for the precise and prompt resolution of patient billing inquiries

• Conducting interviews and providing guidance to patients regarding payment plans and/or charity assistance

• Collaborates with patients to settle account balances

• High school diploma or its equivalent

• At least one (1) year of experience in a healthcare environment

• Minimum of one (1) year of prior customer service experience
