• Delivers customer service pertaining to sales, promotional activities, installations, and communications.

• Guarantees the maintenance of positive customer relations while addressing and resolving customer claims and complaints in a fair, effective manner, adhering to consumer legislation.

• Formulates organization-wide initiatives aimed at proactively informing and educating customers.

• Creates enhancement plans based on feedback gathered from customer surveys.
