Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• In the role of a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling calls related to delivery and payment inquiries.

• This position demands outstanding customer service capabilities to manage service needs, billing issues, and transaction questions through a significant volume of incoming calls.

• You will be processing residential orders for propane and heating oil, as well as accepting payments over the phone.

• Basic math skills are essential for this position, as accuracy is crucial.

• An effective communicator who recognizes the importance of listening and demonstrating empathy is required.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to fostering customer satisfaction are necessary.

• Prior experience in customer service is essential.

• Familiarity with basic office equipment and Office 365 is required.

• This is a remote, contract role that will provide support to the team during their peak season.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or Technical Support is required.

• A Diploma or GED is necessary.

• Experience handling a high volume of inbound calls is essential.

• FULLY REMOTE - Previous experience in a remote setting is required.
