This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +3 more states.
β’ Deliver exceptional service by accurately and respectfully addressing telephonic, written, and electronic inquiries.
β’ Oversee a high-volume call center operation.
β’ Respond to inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, claim status, claim disposition, and more.
β’ Navigate through multiple system applications/screens and utilize various resources and tools to provide responses.
β’ Record all inquiries and the actions taken using software applications.
β’ High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
β’ At least 1 year of prior customer service experience.
β’ Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand, structured service-oriented environment.
β’ Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
β’ Proficient in effectively resolving issues in diverse situations in a timely manner.
β’ Strong reasoning and analytical skills are essential.
β’ Ability to apply common sense understanding to follow instructions provided in oral, written, or diagram form.
β’ Flexible and open to ongoing process improvements.
β’ Capacity to learn new/proprietary systems, adapt to various system platforms, and effectively utilize MS Excel/Word.
