This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
β’ Offer expertise on provider networks, referrals, and pre-authorizations.
β’ Diagnose and resolve issues related to billing, payments, and coverage.
β’ Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations when managing sensitive member information.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal departments to address complex member issues.
β’ Keep precise records of customer interactions and resolutions within CRM systems.
β’ Achieve performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
β’ Remain informed about policies, state regulations, and changes in the healthcare industry.
β’ Prior experience in customer service, ideally within healthcare or insurance sectors.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Strong independent decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to maintain composure under pressure.
β’ Capable of effectively managing high volumes of calls, chats, and emails.
β’ Proficient in computer applications, including CRM and customer support tools.
β’ Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
β’ Must be at least 18 years old.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent required.
β’ Must be a resident of New Mexico.
