Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service by addressing telephonic, written, and electronic inquiries.

• Efficiently navigate various system applications and screens to provide accurate responses.

• Meticulously document all inquiries and the actions taken.

• Complete employer-verified I-9 documentation.

• Successfully finish a paid training program lasting 4 to 6 weeks.

• Standard working hours will shift to 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• At least 1 year of prior customer service experience is required.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand, structured service-oriented environment.

• Proficient in effectively addressing problems in various situations and achieving timely resolutions.

• Strong reasoning and analytical skills are essential.

• Proficient in using MS Excel and Word.

• Must be flexible and open to continuous process improvement.
