• Handle inbound and outbound communications through customer calls, emails, and live chats.

• Provide professional assistance to customers regarding their questions, concerns, and account-related matters.

• Recognize, escalate, and document priority issues as needed.

• Follow up on intricate customer interactions to ensure they are resolved satisfactorily.

• Precisely log customer interactions and account information across various systems.

• Foster a positive rapport with customers through solution-oriented communication.

• Uphold professionalism and productivity in a dynamic call center setting.

• Work collaboratively with leadership and team members to enhance customer experience and overall performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

• Experience in a call center is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• A positive, energetic, and customer-centric attitude is required.

• Self-driven with strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to multitask effectively across various systems and platforms.

• Proficient in grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

• Basic computer skills, including navigation, copy/paste, opening tabs, and typing at least 30 words per minute.

• Dependable attendance and a commitment to professionalism.

• Capability to adapt in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
