This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Act as the intermediary between the organization and existing as well as prospective clients.
• Take responsibility for addressing customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction in all decisions and actions.
• Handle a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
• Adhere to communication guidelines for various topics.
• Assess customer needs, clarify information, investigate issues, and offer solutions or alternatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company products and services.
• Respond to common client inquiries.
• Achieve call and appointment metrics.
• Document all interactions in the company database.
• Undertake special projects as needed by the department.
• A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience is essential.
• Strong preference for experience with high phone volume and data entry.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette.
• Excellent listening abilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• Quick learner with adaptability to change.
• Possess analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
• High emotional intelligence.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Availability from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Must complete lawful employment verification through E-Verify.
