Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Address customer support tickets by answering inquiries and resolving issues related to current orders.

• Handle a high volume of phone calls to provide assistance to customers with their existing orders and guide new customers on how to place orders online.

• Respond to emails and tackle questions and concerns from customers, as well as internal department inquiries regarding orders or payments, and process server requests in the field.

• Record issues in Confluence.

• Visit court dockets to gather information on case filings and occasionally retrieve filed documents.

• Carry out additional job-related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required; 1-3 years of experience in customer support or call center roles assisting customers over the phone.

• Must be technology-savvy; experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PDF Editor, and phone systems is preferred.

• Experience in document manipulation is essential.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Ability to transcribe information, review orders, investigate issues, and implement solutions.

• Capable of performing repetitive tasks accurately.

• Must maintain a high standard of work quality even in stressful situations.

• Ability to foresee issues and proactively address them.

• Capability to implement new processes, adapt to changes, and enhance performance.

• A typing speed of at least 55 words per minute is required.
