Customer Service – Payment Collection Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Making and receiving phone calls to assist customers with their accounts.

• Maintaining communication with managers for guidance and feedback.

• Delivering informed responses to customer questions using provided scripts.

• Previous experience in customer service (including retail, sales, and waitstaff positions).

• A quiet workspace at home and a dependable internet connection.

• GED or High School Diploma is required.

• Capability to quickly type customer notes on a standard keyboard.
