Customer Service Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Engage with inbound customers through online channels and phone calls to understand their desires and requirements for their next vehicle purchase.

• Leverage your understanding of the CarMax inventory to assist customers in selecting vehicles that align with their needs.

• Support customers throughout the entire process, from online sales or appraisals to facilitating finance applications and coordinating vehicle deliveries.

• Guarantee a smooth transition from online interactions to in-store purchases, ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.

• Provide mentorship to others as your expertise develops.

• Meet sales objectives while delivering a memorable customer experience.

• Obtain the Automotive Sales Persons License in designated states, which may necessitate testing and travel, as some states require physical presence for license applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in sales and customer service, particularly in retail, is preferred.

• Excel in a dynamic sales environment.

• Possess strong listening abilities and a keen customer focus.

• High degree of self-motivation to meet performance targets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to acquire and master new technologies, alongside strong computer proficiency.

• Flexible availability for shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be willing to adjust schedules twice a year based on business needs.

• Candidates should reside within a 100-mile radius of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location.
