This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure that all TPO partners are accurately affiliated with our Union Home Third Party Origination channel.

• Provide daily technical assistance and maintain a log of activities related to TPO.

• Enhance and implement a standard onboarding process for all new TPO partners.

• Maintain timely and precise information regarding TPO's online presence.

• Act as a liaison for Union University to ensure that training needs are effectively executed and delivered.

• Develop and execute a standard training program for all new TPO partners.

• Address daily Technical Support Issues for Brokers and Account Managers.

• Diagnose loan-level issues and provide appropriate resolutions.

• Offer direct assistance (via phone/video) for queries and system-related issues.

• Meet essential deadlines as requested.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional setting.

• Previous experience in the mortgage industry is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in managing multiple tasks and deadlines on a regular basis.

• Strong attention to detail and the capability to multitask effectively.
