This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Conduct proactive outbound calls to around 1,000 independent auto dealers in Nebraska to promote early registration for mandated state-approved training.
• Verify and update dealer information in the company's customized CRM, ensuring that all contact information and business records are precise and up-to-date.
• Assist dealers with password resets and account creation, facilitating their access to the training platform and the registration process.
• Inform dealers about Nebraska's state-required pre-licensing and continuing education obligations, stressing the significance of adhering to the December 15 compliance deadline.
• Build strong relationships and trust with dealership owners and staff, positioning the company as their preferred compliance training provider ahead of competitors entering the market.

• Implement timely follow-up campaigns for dealers who have not registered yet, ensuring optimal conversion rates and reducing last-minute registration surges.
• Work with internal teams to relay customer feedback, pinpoint common challenges, and help avert support bottlenecks during peak registration times.
• Support Management: As sufficient leads are generated and the need for lead generation or cold calling diminishes, the role may evolve into a dedicated support function focused on managing daily support requests, coordinating resolutions, and ensuring consistent service delivery.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, outbound calling, customer service, or account management, ideally within education, compliance, or B2B sectors.
• Exceptional verbal communication and relationship-building abilities, with the confidence to guide customers through straightforward technical processes over the phone.
• Experience with CRM platforms to handle customer records, monitor interactions, and maintain precise sales pipelines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing a high volume of outbound calls, follow-ups, and registration goals while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, with a proactive mindset focused on accomplishing registration objectives, gaining market share, and providing outstanding customer service in deadline-oriented environments.
• Competitive salary
• Opportunity to influence the HR function of a rapidly expanding BPO.
• Collaborate closely with a team of industry leaders who have successfully scaled BPOs in the past.
• Opportunities for career growth and professional development.
