📋 Description

• Delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our healthcare provider partners through various channels including calls, emails, and chat, while proactively upselling features and facilitating the effective use of Zocdoc's services.

• Identifying opportunities to simplify the Zocdoc experience for our providers across multiple platforms, thereby enhancing their interactions and overall satisfaction.

• Representing Zocdoc's brand by treating each interaction as an opportunity to create lasting positive impressions, offering proactive solutions, and personalizing the connection between our product and users. Resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

• Cultivating a thorough understanding of Zocdoc's platform and services, encouraging engagement by showcasing the value we deliver to our users through various support channels.

• Keeping precise records of all interactions to ensure our commitment to simplifying healthcare remains consistent, regardless of the communication method.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
