This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Assist older adults and their caregivers throughout the intake process with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.

• Ensure that patients feel supported at every stage of their journey.

• Aid each new patient in navigating their path into care.

• Pair patients with the appropriate therapist to meet their specific needs.
