This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist in the design and management of projects aimed at operational enhancements and the integration of new technologies;
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators associated with various projects;
• Discover opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the organization;
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the successful implementation of suggested enhancements;
• Keep informed about trends and emerging technologies relevant to the field.
• This role is specifically designated for individuals with disabilities (PWD); applicants must possess a medical diagnosis code (CID) that aligns with Law No. 8.213/91 defining disability, along with a current medical report;
• A bachelor's degree either completed or in progress in communications (Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields);
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies.
• R$34.57 per day for 22 working days (gross), redeemable for meals through a Meal Voucher or Food Allowance;
• Commuter allowance (Vale-Transporte) for occasional office visits, as we primarily operate remotely (this benefit is subject to a 6% payroll deduction as per CLT regulations);
