CRM Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Comprehend client needs and design effective solutions utilizing the HubSpot platform.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish project architecture and scope.

• Develop detailed documentation, encompassing requirements, functional specifications, and data models.

• Oversee intricate technology configuration projects while mentoring junior team members.

• Perform technology audits and offer recommendations for enhancements.

• Establish success metrics and reporting requirements for technology solutions.

• Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements and relay changes internally and to clients.

• Support data migration initiatives and carry out quality assurance testing.

• Promote team certifications and deliver technology training to internal staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with HubSpot or relevant experience from other technology platforms or system architecture roles.

• Applicable tertiary degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering).

• Background in a digital/technical agency/consultancy in a consulting/specialist capacity, working with clients through all phases (consulting, solution development, implementation, and training).

• Strong ability to read, understand, and compile technical documentation (API documentation, ERD, functional specifications, etc.).

• Solid understanding of big data.

• Experience in integrating systems, utilizing APIs, or custom-built solutions.

• Excellent command of English, with outstanding writing and communication skills.
