CRM Solution Architect – HubSpot

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

• Transform the established strategy into a scalable CRM framework.

• Establish the global data architecture.

• Organize pipelines and lifecycle phases.

• Guarantee the scalability of the configuration.

• Set naming conventions and implement best practices.

• Maintain data integrity and quality.

• Develop usage and governance guidelines.

• Design the integration framework.

• Collaborate with technical teams as required.

• Provide recommendations and evaluate trade-offs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in CRM / RevOps / Marketing & Sales Automation.

• Proficiency with HubSpot (or a comparable platform).

• Experience in multi-country / multi-business unit environments with intricate data handling.

• Familiarity with integrations (API, middleware, etc.).

• Proficient in English.

• HubSpot certifications are a plus.

• Experience in consulting is advantageous.

• A technical background in data or systems is desirable.
