Credit Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Prepare credit approvals, valuation instructions, loan document guidelines, and credit documentation on the same day for requests received before 4 PM.

• Perform all necessary credit due diligence checks (credit, Google, RP Data).

• Report adverse findings on the same day.

• Assist with pre-settlement call overflow as required.

• Complete post-settlement checklist tasks within 5 business days.

• Ensure that loan files are accurate, comprehensive, and well-documented.

• Promptly address any discrepancies.

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries through the info@ inbox.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently.

• Aid in maintaining and enhancing the customer service manual.
