Credit Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee both incoming and outgoing communications with clients to gather necessary information and supporting documentation.

• Assist clients throughout the document collection process by providing clear, professional, and client-centric communication.

• Maintain precise and well-organized client records within UNO’s platform, ensuring that files are complete and ready for assessment.

• Conduct initial credit evaluations, including checks on lender policies, serviceability assessments, and product suitability analyses.

• Actively identify any missing information or potential issues and collaborate with clients or brokers to address them swiftly.

• Work closely with Scott to ensure that opportunities continue to progress efficiently through the initial stages of the pipeline.

• Stay informed about changes in lender policies and product updates to facilitate accurate preliminary assessments.

• Ensure that all client information and documentation are collected in compliance with requirements and internal processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit assessment, lending support, or mortgage broking assistance, ideally within the Australian market.

• Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial lending products, lender policies, and servicing calculations.

• Quick to adapt to new systems, workflows, and policy changes in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in using technology and comfortable working within a highly digital, systems-driven platform.

• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate, organized, and high-quality work consistently.

• Outstanding communication skills with confidence in managing phone-based client interactions and establishing rapport.

• Proactive and solutions-focused mindset with a strong dedication to client service.
