This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Care Access is seeking a Creative Video Producer who excels at transforming concepts into engaging stories.
• Assist in bringing Care Access narratives to life through various formats, including event coverage, patient-centric stories, and brand storytelling.
• Discover an intriguing story at an event one day and envision a mission-driven feature documentary the next.
• Comfortable presenting ideas, accepting feedback, adapting your approach, and advancing projects without losing momentum.
• Collaborate with internal teams, identify external vendors, or devise creative solutions when timelines, locations, or resources change.
• Produce work that narrates the story of Care Access, its beneficiaries, and the influence of clinical research on the future of medicine.
• Over 5 years of proven, hands-on experience as a video producer, director, or creative lead in a professional video production house, creative agency, or corporate media setting.
• Proficiently convert high-level creative ideas into actionable production plans, offering innovative story suggestions and crafting finalized scripts from basic outlines.
• Supervise all aspects of the pre-production process, creating detailed shot lists, scheduling production timelines, and developing visual storyboards to align the team before filming.
• Confidently manage physical film sets, direct on-screen talent, and work closely with cinematographers, designers, and crew members to ensure brand consistency and narrative integrity.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the entire video production lifecycle, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in producing content within the healthcare or clinical sector.
• Exhibit high levels of organization, focus, and adaptability while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.
• Show exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, maintaining a highly collaborative and respectful approach when working with cross-functional teams and corporate stakeholders.
• Willing and able to travel for on-location field productions and video shoots approximately once or twice per month, sometimes on short notice.
• Provide a current, detailed portfolio or video demo reel that clearly showcases strong narrative structure, high production quality, and a proven capacity to realize a creative vision.
