This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• High-End Photo Retouching & Corporate Branding: Elevate raw assets from various industry shoots to align with clients' specific branding, tone, and prestige.

• Dynamic Short-Form Video Production: Convert raw production footage into rhythmically engaging video reels, energetic TikToks, and YouTube Shorts that capture attention within the first split-second.

• Cinematic After-Movies & Portfolios: Edit and produce captivating event recaps, launch after-movies, and polished behind-the-scenes (BTS) content.

• AI-Enhanced Workflows: Lead the integration of cutting-edge AI creative tools into everyday editing processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in editing photos and short-form videos in the lifestyle, agency, fashion, or premium hospitality industries.

• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or DaVinci Resolve.

• Hands-on experience with modern generative design tools (e.g., Photoshop Generative Fill, Topaz Labs for upscaling, AI rotoscoping, or similar smart plugins).

• Familiarity with AI Video Tools (Heygen, VEO, or comparable software).

• A portfolio showcasing the ability to transition seamlessly from a clean, professional healthcare or tech aesthetic to a dramatic, high-contrast fashion editorial style.

• An outstanding ear for sound design and pacing, adept at editing video to align seamlessly with audio tracks for enhanced viewer retention.

• Impeccable English communication skills for effective collaboration with a remote, global team.
