📋 Description

• Produce high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) with an emphasis on viral editing techniques (rapid cuts, attention-grabbing hooks, captions, transitions, sound effects, etc.)

• Transform long-form podcast material into captivating full episodes and concise highlight clips

• Develop visually compelling edits that enhance viewer retention, engagement, and shareability

• Work collaboratively with the team to generate creative concepts and optimize content performance

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in editing viral short-form content (portfolio submission required)

• In-depth knowledge of current Instagram and TikTok trends, formats, and audience dynamics

• Capability to edit podcasts with professionalism (audio enhancement, multi-camera synchronization, narrative flow)

• Expertise in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent

• Strong proficiency in 2D animation and motion graphics (particularly for reel-style content)

• Skill in crafting engaging captions, subtitles, and on-screen graphics.
