Creative Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal teams across functions to implement a high-level creative vision throughout projects from initial concept to final installation.

• Establish and guide the development of concepts across campaigns, fostering an environment for the team to refine significant ideas.

• Oversee client relationships and manage expectations by providing updates on project status and creative resource information.

• Comprehend the design team's capabilities and strengths to enhance resource planning and optimize creative team utilization.

• Supervise teams of 4–8 individuals across multiple fast-paced projects.

• Spearhead the strategic development of client assignments and pursue new business opportunities.

• Create and lead presentations for high-profile clients as necessary.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Work collaboratively with production, technology, and animation teams to ensure projects achieve their full potential and are completed on time and within budget.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in a creative role within an agency or design studio.

• More than 3 years of experience in a leadership role.

• Solid foundation in design principles and the ability to convey brand narratives across diverse mediums.

• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality in all work produced.

• Strong conceptual thinking skills and experience in designing around loose briefs in various 3D mediums.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Capability to collaborate effectively in a remote work setting.

• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Slack.

• A resume or LinkedIn profile along with a portfolio is required with the application.
