Course Creator – Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Implement various methodologies for e-learning and online training within our platform.

• Develop new course templates and workshop formats, testing them on our platform.

• Analyze and assess both organizational and individual development requirements.

• Organize and participate in meetings and discussions to gather insights on training concepts.

• Collaborate closely with managers, mentors, and HR to enhance development initiatives.

• Identify and implement new techniques as they arise.

• Evaluate the outcomes following the implementation of innovative ideas.

• Establish an e-learning development center within Moodle.

• Create engaging training course content, including videos, quizzes, activities, H5P, and more.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Psychology; Master's degree is preferred.

• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and methodologies.

• Proficient in both verbal and non-verbal communication.

• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate learning and growth.

• Knowledgeable in IT and spreadsheet applications.

• Good grasp of course creation strategies.

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with hands-on experience.

• Ability to think strategically and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Must possess a laptop or phone with reliable Wi-Fi access.

• Availability in the virtual office every day from 1 PM to 6 PM.
