Cost Optimization Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Utilize Excel for data analysis, identifying inconsistencies, and recognizing cost-saving potential.

• Assist with cost monitoring, reporting, and documentation tasks.

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of auditing and reconciliation processes.

• Aid in project management by organizing tasks, ensuring timelines are met, and keeping everything on schedule.

• Collaborate with other teams to collect information, guarantee accuracy, and address issues.

• Generate reports and dashboards to present findings to leadership.

• Participate in special projects and perform ad hoc analyses as required.

• Assume additional responsibilities and projects as necessary to support the team's and organization's success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and data analysis).

• 1–3 years of experience in an analytical, financial, operations, or business support capacity.

• Interest in process enhancement and project management; prior experience is advantageous, but a willingness to learn is paramount.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• A curious mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
