Coordenador de Segurança da Informação – DevSecOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Lead the DevSecOps team, AppSec, support for squads/champions, and security throughout the development cycle.

• Establish guidelines, standards, and security practices for applications, APIs, integrations, pipelines, and development workflows.

• Assist in the implementation and enhancement of tools for SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC scanning, API security, and protection against bots/abuse.

• Collaborate with squads to prioritize, address, and prevent vulnerabilities in systems.

• Foster a culture of security by design, shift-left practices, and shared responsibility with technology teams.

• Define maturity indicators, coverage, vulnerabilities, recurrence, and correction time.

• Support the technical governance of application risks, critical integrations, and applicable regulatory requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

• Experience in AppSec, DevSecOps, application architecture, or software security.

• Familiarity with OWASP, API security, CI/CD pipelines, code analysis, and vulnerability management.

• Experience with application security tools and integration with agile processes.

• Knowledge of modern architecture, microservices, cloud, APIs, and secure development practices.

• Proficiency in all SAST/DAST/SCA tools (focus on concepts and adoption).

• MBA in Business Management, IT Management, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Project Management, Innovation Management, or related fields. (Differential)

• Certifications (CSSLP, CISSP, AWS/Azure Security) (Differential)

• Experience in financial institutions or regulated environments. (Differential)
