Contracts Analyst (Mid-level)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Organization and management of documents: Oversee both physical and digital contract files, ensuring information is current and documents are systematically arranged for contract management.

• Client and contract registration: Input and update client and contract details in the company’s internal systems.

• Deadline and expiration monitoring: Keep track of contract deadlines, expirations, renewals, and extensions.

• Client and departmental communication: Liaise with clients and internal teams regarding outstanding items, approvals, and contract statuses.

• Assistance in contract drafting and review: Support the drafting, reviewing, and organizing of contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners, evaluating clauses and associated risks to ensure compliance with current laws and internal policies.

• Adhere to legal guidelines and internal procedures.

• Provide assistance to the team in dealings with external legal counsel when required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ongoing or completed Law degree (from the 8th semester onwards).

• Experience with contracts is essential.

• Prior experience in a legal department within tax consulting and technology firms.

• Fundamental understanding of civil, corporate, and tax law.

• Basic familiarity with procurement processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
